01 / READ THIS FIRST

Create one Instagram Reel or carousel, then reshare it to your Story. Your campaign invitation confirms your product, deadline and usage.

01
Be yourself.
Use your normal voice. A useful observation or honest moment is stronger than a rehearsed sales pitch.
02
Your idea. Your style.
Choose your own concept and content style. The hub ideas are optional inspiration. You do not need to submit a draft for approval. Check the advertising guidance below before publishing.
03
Keep facts specific.
Use the information for the exact test in your brief. Product instructions and timings can differ.
04
Protect your privacy.
You never need to share a personal result or private health history to tell a useful story.
02 / IDEAS, NOT SCRIPTS
Find your way in.
Need a little inspiration? These optional ideas show the kind of content we enjoy. Choose one, adapt it or come up with something entirely your own. Choose your own idea and style, and follow the advertising guidance before publishing.
Optional inspiration, never a script or a required topic. We are happy for you to choose your own content and style. Keep product facts accurate.
03 / MAKE IT WORTH WATCHING
Clear. Natural. You.
Give people a reason to stop, one useful thing to take away and enough time to follow it.
9:16
Made for the small screen.
For short-form video, film vertically unless your brief requests another format. Use natural light, clear audio and a steady shot.

01
Open on the interesting bit.
A question, familiar moment or useful detail. Skip the long introduction.
02
Show one thing well.
Give the product label a clear moment. If you demonstrate a test, follow its supplied instructions exactly.
03
Leave room to breathe.
Speak at a comfortable pace. Keep on-screen text short, high contrast and away from interface overlays.
04
Keep a clean original.
Save a high-resolution version without captions, platform watermarks or music you do not have permission to use.
04 / KNOW THE BRAND
Health testing. A human approach.
U-Test offers at-home health tests across general health, fertility, sexual health and more. Your role is to make the conversation approachable, while keeping product details accurate.
KEEP IT GROUNDED
Talk about the experience.
Focus on packaging, instructions, convenience or what you genuinely noticed. Use the exact product name and accurate information for that product.
CHECK BEFORE YOU SAY IT
Every test is different.
Check any timing, accuracy, certification or suitability claim against the exact product information and the supplied instructions. Never apply one test’s claims to the whole range.
KEEP IT HUMAN
No pressure. No judgement.
Avoid shame, scare tactics or assumptions about someone’s health. Never invent a result or present a staged reaction as a genuine experience.
Words and messages to leave out +
Avoid promises such as “100% accurate”, “guaranteed peace of mind”, or claims that a test cures, prevents or rules out a condition. Do not suggest a test replaces professional advice. If you are unsure about a product fact, check the official product information or ask your creator contact for help.
Personal results and product demonstrations +
Keep names, addresses, medical information and identifiable results out of frame. You can show the sealed product and discuss the experience without taking a test on camera. For any demonstration, follow the supplied instructions exactly.
UK ADVERTISING / THE SHORT VERSION
Be honest. Keep care first.
These are our creator rules for this campaign, based on UK advertising guidance. They apply to speech, captions, on-screen text, images and Stories.
A home test does not replace medical care.
Never suggest someone should test instead of seeing a doctor, delay getting help or stop treatment. Do not imply that a negative result rules out illness or means symptoms can be ignored.
If you have symptoms, ongoing concerns or a result you do not understand, speak to your GP or another qualified healthcare professional. Follow the test instructions and any advice about repeat testing, confirmatory tests or medical follow-up. Do not delay care while waiting for a result, or ignore symptoms because a result is negative.
DON’T SAY
“This could save your life.”
No promises to save lives, prevent or cure disease, or guarantee a health outcome. Avoid fear-based pressure to buy or test.
DON’T SAY
“100% accurate. You’re definitely fine.”
No guarantees, invented results or blanket claims. Any accuracy, timing or detection claim must be supported for the exact test, with relevant limitations.
DON’T SAY
“Skip the doctor. Just use this.”
Never present testing as a substitute for professional assessment, diagnosis or treatment. A disclaimer cannot fix a misleading promise elsewhere.
Use facts you can support.
Match the exact product’s intended use and supplied instructions. Do not turn a screening or indication result into a definite diagnosis, or call a kit “MHRA approved” because it is registered or carries a conformity mark.
Make the advertising clear.
Put a prominent “Ad” label upfront, including on the Story reshare. A brand tag alone is not enough. This applies to paid and gifted collaborations, even without affiliate links.
Use the official product pages for background. Check your campaign invitation for your product and deadline, and use the official product information for factual claims.
Use the details supplied by your creator contact. Your product, fees, deadline and usage are agreed individually. No draft approval is required. Follow the product instructions, advertising guidance and correction or removal policy below.
06 / BEFORE YOU PUBLISH
A little check. A better first cut.
Keep your own ideas and style. No draft approval is required. Check every claim before publishing and follow the correction or removal policy below.
0 OF 7 CHECKED
Work through the checks, then publish responsibly in your own style.
False promises and misleading posts
If your post makes false or unsupported medical claims, promises a health outcome, suggests testing replaces medical care, or misses required advertising disclosures, we will ask you to correct or remove it promptly. You must act on that request and must not repost the misleading version.
We will remove non-compliant content from channels we control. For posts on your account, we will ask you to correct or take them down. The 30-day feed requirement does not apply where removal is requested under this policy.
